Accounts Executive (Accounts Receivable) - 6 months contract
Join Alfa Medicus’ finance team and support the financial operations of our growing healthcare network. You will manage accounts receivable activities, including billing, collections, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Manage day-to-day accounts receivable and high-volume billing
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on collections
- Reconcile cash, cheque, GIRO and bank transfer payments
- Prepare AR aging reports and month-end schedules
- Maintain accurate invoices, receipts and financial records
- Support month-end, year-end and audit requirements

What we're looking for
Claims Executive (Accounting) - 6 months contract
Join Alfa Medicus’ finance team and support the claims and financial operations of our growing healthcare network. You will manage healthcare claims, reconciliations, and related financial processes while working closely with Finance, Operations, clinics, and external institutions.
- Prepare, verify, and submit MediSave claims under the CPF Board framework
- Submit inpatient and outpatient claims to insurers and third-party administrators
- Ensure claims are supported by complete and accurate documentation
- Track claim status and follow up on approvals, discrepancies, rejections, and outstanding information
- Assist patients with claim-related queries and required documentation
- Liaise with doctors, clinic staff, billing teams, insurers, and administrators
- Reconcile approved claims against patient bills and highlight shortfalls or exclusions
- Support month-end reconciliation of claims receivable accounts
- Ensure claims submissions comply with applicable MediSave and insurance requirements
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles and reconciliations
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
- Familiarity with MediClaim and CPF MediSave guidelines is advantageous

Scrub Technician
Join Alfa Medicus’ perioperative team and support the safe and efficient delivery of surgical care across our operating theatres. You will prepare operating theatres, maintain sterile fields, manage surgical instruments and equipment, and provide technical support during surgical procedures.
- Prepare operating theatres, sterile instrument trays, consumables and equipment for surgical procedures
- Maintain the sterile field and adhere to strict aseptic and infection prevention practices
- Assist surgeons during procedures by preparing and passing instruments, sutures, implants and other sterile items
- Perform instrument counts and ensure instruments are complete and accounted for before and after surgery
- Operate and assist with surgical equipment including electrosurgical units, suction, endoscopic and arthroscopy equipment, camera systems and other specialty equipment
- Perform point-of-use cleaning and prepare instruments appropriately for decontamination and CSSD
- Monitor consumables, expiry dates and stock levels, and support stock replenishment and stock takes
- Perform routine equipment checks and report damaged or malfunctioning instruments and equipment

What we're looking for
Recovery Nurse
Join Alfa Medicus’ perioperative team and provide nursing care to patients before and after surgery. You will support patients throughout their recovery, monitor their condition, administer prescribed treatment, and help prepare them for a safe discharge.
- Work with anaesthesiologists, surgeons and surgical nurses to prepare patients for surgery
- Record and monitor vital signs and prepare patients for their procedures
- Administer intravenous therapy and medication as required
- Assist with patient transfers, wound care and preparation of recovery areas
- Monitor patients following anaesthesia and provide appropriate post-operative care
- Perform wound and bandage care and support patients during recovery
- Administer tests, review results and report relevant findings to doctors
- Monitor patients' recovery, including rest, food, fluids and nutritional needs
- Provide patients with instructions on medication, wound care and post-discharge care

What we're looking for
TSSU Technician
Join Alfa Medicus’ surgical support team and help ensure surgical instruments and medical equipment are properly prepared, sterilised and ready for use. You will support the decontamination, inspection, assembly and sterilisation of instruments across our surgical facilities.
- Inspect cleaned surgical instruments to ensure they are free from blood, tissue and other contaminants
- Perform functionality checks on instruments and power tools and identify damaged or faulty items
- Assemble instrument sets according to established count sheets and ensure all components are complete
- Segregate and report damaged, rusty or faulty instruments for repair or disposal
- Pack and wrap instrument sets using approved materials and appropriate aseptic techniques
- Apply internal and external sterilisation indicators and ensure packs are correctly labelled
- Handle loaner sets, power tools and delicate instruments according to applicable instructions
- Load and sterilise instruments and perform required daily equipment tests
- Monitor sterile stock expiry dates and rotate inventory using FIFO principles
- Maintain infection control standards and cleanliness of the work area
- Monitor stock levels and replenish sterilisation materials as required
- WSQ Higher Certificate in Healthcare Support (Sterilisation Services) or GCE N-Level/O-Level preferred
- 1 to 3 years of experience in an operating theatre or clinical setting preferred
- Good attention to detail when handling and inspecting surgical instruments
- Able to follow sterilisation, infection control and safety procedures
