He is not affiliated with the Group or any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, or associated entities, and is not authorized to represent them in any capacity. Any statements or actions made by him after his departure are his own and do not reflect the views, positions, or interests of the Group or its associated companies.

Dr. Lim Beng Hai remains Chairman and Group Chief Executive Officer of the Group.
